Cancellation Policy
Salon Policies DEPOSITS: *A NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be made to secure your appt. This is credited to your service. *Your remaining balance is to be paid by CASH, ZELLE , or APPLE PAY only. (There will be a fee if any other form of payment is made.) **ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE** Cancellations *Appts must be rescheduled 24 hrs prior to the original date in order to transfer deposits. 1 transfer per deposit. Within a 30 day period Same Day Cancellation Will result in forfeiting your deposit and you will have to pay 50% of the appointment amount before rebooking. Grace Period *You are promised a 20 minute grace period. After the 20 minutes, if no communication has been made, your appt will be cancelled also forfeiting your deposit. *NO CALL NO SHOW will result in future booking privileges being terminated. *REFUNDS: A refund is only issued when the stylist cancels. Appointment Request Contact Stylist via email or message to request before/after hour or squeeze in appointments. An appointment may be available per Stylists discretion. An additional fee will be added. All other appointments must be booked through the site. Prepare for your Hair Appointment WHEN BOOKING LONG SERVICES: *Beauty takes time. Please schedule on a day you're not in a rush and have time to sit. *BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please let stylist know about any hair or scalp concerns you have. (Sensitivity, Allergies, Or Hair Damage). SERVICES THAT INCLUDE SHAMPOO: *Client must come with hair taken down from any previous style and detangled as much as possible. SERVICES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE SHAMPOO: *Client must come with hair shampooed, blown out as straight as possible, & FREE of any product. (EX. Edge Control, Greases, Oils) CLIENTS WHO ARE RECEIVING A COLOR SERVICE Please remove any build up from any previous style at least a day before your appt. This will ensure your color can process properly. Extra Information *I kindly ask that you show up to your hair appointment alone. *Contact me at least 48 hours of any change requests. Requests may or may not be honored depending on Stylist Schedule. There will be NO DAY OF changes. *All Braid Hair Styles will include hair. *Bundles are available for purchase in salon. ***I am committed to client satisfaction, therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let me know. I will work to correct your issues while you are at the salon. There will be no re-dos after 24 hours. There are no refunds.***
